Group out to rename sewage plant after George W. Bush

For a while now, I've seen these people out and about in the city trying to get signatures... One of the most enjoyable things about living in the city is the feeling of being at the ground zero of the fight for change for the better, i.e., witnessing the gay marriage ruling, protests against China, rallying for/against propositions/measures, etc.
