SF Street Fashion

18th St. and Valencia... Her outfit was pretty much all vintage. This was another one of those "Can you wait here while I go grab my camera from my apartment?" shots.

He was just getting off work at Barney's. His Lanvin glasses were amazing.
She just looked really cute on her way to the counter at the movie theatre. I didn't even have to get up from my chair. Even though the cowboy boots look is one of my pet peeves, I loved her colored leggings, scarf and haircut.

Coachella Two Thousand and Eight

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Brilliance

Look at number 8.

This brilliant maneuver was made while I was at the Apple store waiting at the Genius Bar. Even at the most random and unexpected of places humor can be made or found. What I enjoy most is the motive of self-amusement I see. It could have been a quiet and shy-looking forty year old man or women or a regular teenager.

Hats off to Harryballz b.

Burglar loses fight with blind homeowner

One of the best stories I have read in a while. Bona fide badass.

Calling 911 with one hand and holding a knife to a intruder's throat with another... All while being blind...

Almost there...

San Francisco Street Fashion

I saw him in the subway station on the way to Union Square. A great job layering and mixing. A very fresh and cool look.

Outer Jacket: Leather jacket purchased in Spain
Inner Jacket: Levi's denim Jacket
Sweater: Cashmere
Jeans: Gap
Shoes: Converse
Scarf: Purchased from a thrift store
He told me he was wearing Polo briefs?

One of my favorite ensembles of the day. Absolutely loved it.

His attire was nothing crazy expensive but just well put together. The colors blended very well in my opinion.

Outer Jacket:  Out of dad's closet
Inner Jacket: J. Crew Cotton Jacket
Shoes: Steve Madden
Beanie: Ralph Lauren
Sunglasses: Walgreen's Aviators

So after my quick encounter with this man, my friend and I pondered, "Does money make people into assholes?" As you can tell, he really wanted his picture posted on the internet. Dope outfit though. Jim Jones would be proud.

Zachary works at the Marc Jacobs store here in San Francisco. The man is always dressed sharp and is one of the best dressed people here in this city. Also, he is ALWAYS head to toe in Marc Jacobs.

Jacket: Marc Jacobs
Sweater: Marc Jacobs
Shirt: Marc Jacobs
Pants: Marc by Marc Jacobs
Shoes: Old Asian Lady's

He approached us (Ashlee and I). He asked us if he could take our picture for a street fashion blog? Very ironic indeed. I couldn't believe that his leather jacket was from H&M. He made an excellent choice on the Raf Simmons bag.

Jacket: H&M
Shirt: Marc by Marc Jacobs
Jeans: April 77
Bag: Raf Simons
Shoes: Converse

Weekend Projects

Here is a wood bow tie I purchased at La Rosa on Haight St in San Francisco. It was a unique piece already but I felt it could be better so I applied three coats of lacquer to it to get the luster I wanted.

And here's table I purchased from Ikea a few months ago. It was plain wood surface originally. Ashlee assembled it while I made dinner (we oddly switched gender roles that evening). Painted it gloss apple red and applied lacquer on the top. I have yet to eat on the table.

Now I need to paint my apartment...
